  • Each subscription is valid for one year unless specified otherwise in special offers.
  • Subscribers must not share login credentials or resell access to the platform.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Payments are processed through approved online and offline government-backed channels.

  • Each mock test allows 2 attempts, after which users will receive scores, correct answers, and rationale explanations.
  • NurseUp’s performance tracking scale helps users understand strengths and areas needing improvement.

6. Technical Support & Issue Reporting

  • Users encountering issues must report them through our Report Issues Form or via WhatsApp support.
  • NurseUp’s support team operates live from 9 AM to 6 PM daily and typically responds within 8–12 hours.
  • In cases of excessive delay, NurseUp will compensate affected users accordingly.
